Royal Hotel, Skegness

A significant development to provide further hotel rooms and facilities to the existing hotel in Skegness known as “The Royal”.  The concept was to respect the period of the existing hotel whilst masking a more recent, unsightly extension built in the late 20th Century. The result provides faithful architectural detailing and vertical emphasis on proportions of the Victorian era.
