Leading Chartered Architectural Technologist in Lincolnshire
Neil Dowlman is a fully qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist and Chartered Building Engineer, as well as being a Creative Designer and Architectural Critic. His experience has included working for major blue chip companies and local authorities, but his real passion lies in the residential sector, making and shaping homes for the future. Never settling for second best, his keen eye for detail and proportion, together with the highest level of quality, has made him the envy in his sector.
Neil’s Achievements
Neil’s work has won countless awards and accolades, including within national press and glossy magazines along with featuring in East Lindsey District Council’s Good Design Guide. Working the length and breadth of the country, commissions have also included work on a mountain top in Verona, Italy! Sharing the title of “Finalist” for Best Technical Innovation alongside London’s “Shard” building in the National LABC Awards, Neil pushes the boundaries of design, using lateral thinking to overcome every challenge. Neil also mentors architectural students who are training towards receiving their full architectural qualifications within their respective institutes.

The Logo
The Neil Dowlman Architecture logo consists of two triangles, red and orange, which symbolises Lincolnshire’s vernacular building materials – red bricks and clay pantiles. The triangles are the strongest form of shape used in construction which represents our technical strength in the building industry. The triangles when arranged in the manner shown to indicate our creative thinking by outlining the initial of the company name.
